The golden era of British architecture, Edwardian properties were revered the world over for their style and sophistication. Edwardian homes represented the birth of the modern era along with the advent of the motor car, electricity and the telephone. Many Edwardian properties in Cheltenham were built in the Arts & Craft style or followed Neo-Georgian styling, making Edwardian property renovation a challenging but ultimately satisfying endeavour.

Restoring original Edwardian features
Original features that we try to salvage or reproduce in Edwardian home restoration projects include decorative chimneys, brightly coloured ceramic tiles leading to the front door and into the hallway, and high ceilings with picture rails and decorative friezes. We can restore porches and balconies, often edged with timber railings and fretwork, to give important first impressions and renovate Edwardian front doors with their part glazed panels.
