We have been awarded the contract to sympathetically restore and remodel a Grade II listed family property in Richmond, London. This requires careful refurbishment of the existing property, demolition of a 1950s extension, new two-storey extension and lowering of the existing basement.

The Build

We have started work on this beautiful Grade II listed property in the leafy London suburb of Richmond. Our brief is to create a light-filled family home by building a new, full-width, two-storey extension and making the existing basement more family-friendly. We will also refurbish the property throughout and landscape the rear garden.

What we did

  • Careful refurbishment of the original Grade II listed house
